optrel AG, called "organizer", will raffle the prizes listed on the "Optrel Wedding protection - swiss made" Facebook page (www.facebook.com/OptrelWeldingProtection) and under point 1. By participating in the raffle, the user/user/fan agrees to the following conditions of participation and responsibility for content.

1. What can you win?
From 01.12. - 24.12.2020 there are daily changing promotions or prizes to win. The prizes and campaigns to be won will be explained in detail in the corresponding competition posts every day.

2. Wow can one participate/win?
The participation in the raffle takes place on the Facebook fan page of the organizer. The prizes will be drawn at random from all eligible participants. Participation is done by following the contest post on the Facebook fan page liked and the prize call in the post (e.g. link post, mark friends in comment, answer contest question or comment with an emoji). This can vary from day to day. Postal mailings will not be considered for the draw.

3. Promotion period
The competition takes place daily from 01.12. - 24.12.2020. The winner(s) will be drawn at random within 72 hours of the end of the daily competition and will be informed of the prize in writing via a private Facebook message. Special promotions, such as discounts in the webshop, are only valid on the day stated.

4. Who can take part?
Participation is free of charge and any natural person of legal age is allowed to participate. Participation is not linked to the purchase of a product or service. Participation requires the truthful indication of the data relevant to participation. Sweepstakes clubs and automated sweepstakes services are not eligible to participate. Multiple registrations do not increase the chance of winning; these are filtered and qualified by the draw. All winners must provide proof of identity, which the organizers may demand at their sole discretion.

5. Who will be excluded from participation?
The organizer is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation if there are legitimate reasons, such as violation of these terms and conditions, double or multiple participation, manipulation, etc., and reserves the right to take legal action. Employees of the center management as well as from the stores of the organizer and their relatives are not allowed to participate in this competition. Legal action is excluded.

6. How are the winners determined?
Among all participants, the winner(s) of the competition will be drawn at random and informed in writing via a private Facebook message.

7. How will I know if I have won?
Winners will be notified within 72 hours via a private Facebook message after the end of the daily contest. The organizer assumes no liability if, for reasons beyond his control, the prize notification is lost during electronic transmission and/or does not reach the winner.

8. How do I receive my prize?
With the prize notification, winners are requested to send confirmation of their prize within 48 hours. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the contact information provided.

9. what happens if I don't answer after I have won?
If a winner does not respond within the period specified by the organizer after notification of the prize, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a new winner will be drawn at random from among the participants entitled to win.

10. Reservation clause
The organizer reserves the right to modify, interrupt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. However, the organizer will only make use of this possibility if, for reasons of force majeure, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper execution of the lottery cannot be guaranteed. The organizer is not liable for losses, failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond his control.

11. Privacy policy
The organizer processes personal data for the purpose of participation in the lottery on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 a EU-DSGVO. 12. Miscellaneous
A cash payment of the winnings is not possible. Claims to winnings may not be transferred or assigned to other persons. Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation remains unaffected. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that most closely approximates the purpose of the invalid provision. The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time. The organizer reserves the right to exclude contributions from participation and delete them if they fail to complete the task or violate Facebook Community Standards: www.facebook.com/communitystandards

13. Release from Facebook
This competition is organized by the organizer. It is not affiliated with Facebook and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organized by Facebook. Information will not be shared with Facebook.
